Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Benedicta, and here is a collection of works focusing on nature photography and my love for wildlife.

I was born and raised in the small town of Bodega, California, on the Pacific North Coast. I climbed trees, explored the creeks, and looked for all the wild critters I could find. I grew up basking in nature, in all its glorious forms.

As an adult, not much has changed. Nowadays, I carry a camera with a long lens that allows me to quietly observe and photograph nature in action. This allows me to capture wildlife without disturbing their lives. My intention is to learn about the behavior of wildlife and document it with photography.

I feel blessed to have been raised in an area that is rich with various types of animals and landscapes. Nature has been my biggest teacher as well as an avenue to find peace and healing. The land and all it holds is magical to me and has helped make me the person I am today.
