My love for photography started 10 years ago when my dad was upgrading his camera equipment and offered me his old Canon 7D. He taught me everything he knew, and I have been learning and growing ever since.

I have always loved animals, and it brings me joy to share that passion with others. My fascination with their behavior has taught me to be patient and sit quietly so that they aren’t threatened by my presence. Disruptive photography practices can impact wildlife by making it harder for them to find food for themselves and their offspring. I recently upgraded to the Canon R5 and mostly use a 100-500 lens so I can get close ups from a respectful distance. I prioritize the happiness and safety of the animals, which means getting “the shot” without lingering too long or disturbing their ways of life.
